Kleenable is a national network of independently owned and operated franchise businesses ("Franchisees") providing domestic cleaning services.

2. Services

Kleenable facilitates connections between customers and local Franchisees for the provision of domestic cleaning services. When you request a service through the Website, your request is passed to the relevant local Franchisee who will contact you directly to discuss your requirements and provide a quotation. The cleaning service contract is between you and the Franchisee, not Kleenable.

3. Franchisee Responsibility

Each Franchisee is an independent business and is solely responsible for the provision of the cleaning services, including the quality, timeliness, and completeness of the service. Kleenable is not responsible for any issues arising from the services provided by a Franchisee. Any complaints or disputes regarding the cleaning services should be addressed directly with the relevant Franchisee. Contact details for your local Franchisee will be provided to you upon booking.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings made through the Website are subject to the individual Franchisee's terms and conditions, which will be provided to you by the Franchisee. Payment for the cleaning services is made directly to the Franchisee according to their agreed terms. Kleenable does not handle payments for the cleaning services.

5. Website Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of Kleenable or any third party.  You must not:

• Use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

• Impersonate1 any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website or the servers or networks connected to the Website.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Kleenable and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of the content without the prior written consent of Kleenable.
